There is a certain misconception about finding target audiences in social networking sites that the market they are looking for is already the ones they know. Actually that is not a case. There are certain groups that you will need to access if you would need to connect and engage with on these sites. Try to see past the obvious facts. Ask the questions “Who is interested in your product or service?” and “Is there anything unique that could appeal to a certain audience?”. After that, think about the next step like those people who be associated with them. Google Analytics, Social Mention, Delicious, Addictomatic and Board Reader are those tools and they highlight those that have a voice in these subject areas. Finally, once you have profiled the people you want to connect with, find them. This is not something done in a very fast pace as it is an ongoing process and time is very much need. Do things right and you can find the audience that are right for your social media.
